Every treatment starts with finding out what's actually wrong
Dr. Repko or Dr. Niehaus perform an exam and, in most cases, get imaging it the same visit: x-ray or ultrasound reviewed with you!
You see the tendon, the ligament, the tear before anyone says a word about treatment.

OFFICE VISIT
| New Patient | $175 |
| Established Patient (seen within 365 days) | $100 |
IMAGING, SAME VISIT
| Diagnostic Ultrasound | $45 |
| X-Ray | $45 |
Priced affordably and lower than market value, deliberately. Imaging is how we know what we're treating — it shouldn't be the reason you skip it.
Your visit fee comes off the treatment.
If you go on to start a shockwave, PRP, or Lunula series, we credit what you paid for the visit against the program price. A $175 new-patient evaluation makes a $1,195 PRP injection just $1,020. Established-patient visits credit $100. One credit per series. Not applicable with insurance.
Pain you've already tried to wait out.
HEEL · ARCH · ACHILLES · TENDON · JOINT
Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinosis, posterior tibial tendon pain, chronic joint pain. The tissue has stopped repairing itself. These treatments restart that process instead of masking it.
Shockwave TherapyESWT · NO INJECTION · NO DOWNTIME Focused acoustic energy delivered into the damaged tissue, plus radial energy across the tight supporting structures around it. Dr. Repko maps the target and reassesses; a trained technician delivers the sessions.
4 sessions - $895
6 sessions - $1,295
Less $175 evaluation credit → $720 / $1,120 |
PRP injectionPLATELET-RICH PLASMA · ULTRASOUND-GUIDED We draw your blood, concentrate the platelets, and inject them into the exact tissue that's failing — guided by ultrasound, not by feel. Nearly every patient here needs one injection, not a series.
One site - $1,195
Two sites, same visit - $1,795
Less $175 evaluation credit → $1,020 / $1,620 |
ProlotherapyINJECTION · LIGAMENT & TENDON A solution injected into a ligament or tendon that has gone quiet, provoking a controlled healing response. Less involved than PRP and priced accordingly — often the right first injection when the tissue is irritated rather than torn. Usually done as a series of 3 injections or combined with shock wave threapy to reduce the number of injections need.
|
Combination programsSHOCKWAVE + INJECTION · BEST RESULTS Shockwave stimulates the tissue and improves blood flow; the injection supplies what the tissue needs to rebuild. When both are indicated, running them together outperforms either one alone in our experience — and costs less than buying them separately.
Shockwave + initial prolotherapy - $1,595 (save $199)
Shockwave + PRP - $2,195 (save $295)
Less $175 evaluation credit → $1,420 / $2,020 |

Something that just happened
SPRAIN · FRACTURE · FLARE
For fresh injuries, the goal is to bring swelling and pain down fast so the healing that's already underway isn't fighting inflammation the whole way.
MLS laser therapyACUTE PAIN & SWELLING Therapeutic laser applied over the injured area to reduce inflammation and speed recovery. Used for ankle sprains, fractures, and acute flares of an old problem — not as a substitute for treating chronic tissue damage.
Single session - $149
4 sessions - $499 ($125 ea)
6 sessions - $699 ($117 ea)

Thick, discolored, crumbling nails
ONYCHOMYCOSIS
Fungal nails don't clear in a month — the nail has to grow out. What matters is treating consistently for as long as that takes. Our program is priced for the whole course, not per visit, so cost never becomes the reason someone stops halfway.
Lunula laser programCOMPLETE COURSE · ONE PRICE A cold laser that treats the nail bed without heat or pain, combined with debridement and topical therapy throughout. Four weekly sessions to load, then a session every one to two months until the nail grows out clear — nine to fifteen sessions per foot, all included.
One Foot $1495
Two Feet $2495
Less $175 evaluation credit → $1320 / $2,320 |
KeryFlex nail restorationCOSMETIC · IMMEDIATE A flexible bonded nail built onto the existing nail plate — the nail looks normal the day it's applied, while the real one grows out underneath. Cosmetic, not curative; it pairs well with laser rather than replacing it.
Per nail $175

Warts that keep coming back
PLANTAR VERRUCA
Over-the-counter acids treat the surface. The virus lives deeper, which is why warts return. Swift works from the inside out.
Swift microwave therapyNO CUTTING · NO DRESSINGS · NO DOWNTIME A short burst of microwave energy that triggers your own immune system to recognize and clear the virus. Two to three seconds per wart. You walk out and go back to your day — no bandage, no soaking, no missed workouts.
Single treatment - $299
3 treatments - $795 ($265 ea)

Ingrown toenails
ONYCHOCRYPTOSIS
Two routes: retrain the nail so it stops curling in, or remove the border that's causing the problem. Which one is right depends on how much damage is already done.
Onyfix nail correctionNO CUTTING · NO ANESTHETIC A composite band bonded across the nail that gradually flattens the curl as the nail grows. Painless to apply and nothing is removed — the option when the nail shape is the problem and there's no infection.
Initial application - $199
Reapplication - $99

Ingrown nail procedureIN-OFFICE · SAME DAY The offending nail border is numbed and removed, with permanent root treatment when the problem is recurrent. Relief is immediate, and the nail looks normal from the top.
Per procedure $325

Treating the painful tissue solves today's problem. If the mechanics that caused it don't change, it comes back.
Custom orthoticsPRESCRIPTION · LAB-FABRICATED Cast or scanned to your foot and built to a prescription written for your specific problem — not a heat-molded shell or an insert pulled off a shelf. Priced per pair.
