Accepted Insurance Plans at Bayshore Podiatry Center
We understand navigating insurance can be complex. We participate with selected commercial, Medicare, and military health plans. Coverage varies by plan, and several advanced treatment options are elective or non-covered. We dot participate with most HMO Plans. Our team will help verify benefits and explain expected costs before treatment.
If we don't participate with your insurance, we offer affordable cash pay pricing that can be credited towards certain treatments. We can also help prepare a statement for you to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement.
Our Most Commonly Accepted Insurance Plans:
- Aetna: Including PPO, POS, and Open Access plans.
- Cigna: Including PPO plans and Baycare affiliated plans.
- Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield): Including BlueChoice, BlueOptions, and other PPO plans.
- Humana: Some PPO plans.
- Medicare: We welcome patients with Traditional Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans.
- Tricare: We accept Tricare Prime, Tricare Select, and Tricare for Life.
- United Healthcare: Most PPO Plans
- USAA
Important Note on Plan Participation:
While we strive to accept a wide variety of insurances, we are generally not in-network with most Medicaid plans, Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare) marketplace plans, or most HMO plans.
