HSA/FSA cards are welcome for our cash packages. If you’d rather use insurance for the initial evaluation, we’ll bill your plan per its copay/coinsurance/deductible rules. Note that laser packages and take-home products are cash-pay, and when insurance is used for the exam, the $129 self-pay assessment and 14-day program credit aren’t available.
