We understand navigating insurance can be complex. At Bayshore Podiatry Center, we work with many insurance providers to make your foot and ankle care accessible.
Our Most Commonly Accepted Insurance Plans:
- Aetna: Including PPO, POS, and Open Access plans.
- Cigna: Including PPO plans and Baycare affiliated plans.
- Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield): Including BlueChoice, BlueOptions, and other PPO plans.
- Humana: Including PPO plans.
- Medicare: We welcome patients with Traditional Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans.
- Tricare: We accept Tricare Prime, Tricare Select, and Tricare for Life.
- United Healthcare: We are in-network with a wide range of United Healthcare plans.

Important Note on Plan Participation:
While we strive to accept a wide variety of insurances, we are generally not in-network with most Medicaid plans, Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare) marketplace plans, or most HMO plans. We do accept some HMO plans (listed below). If you have questions about your specific HMO, Medicaid, or ACA plan, please call our office to verify coverage and discuss your options before scheduling.
